NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies have extended their winning streak to 5 games after stunning the Brooklyn Nets 118-104 at the Barclays Center.
The high-flying Grizzlies were the better side of the game in the first half as they went to their locker room with a 56 to 47 advantage. The visitors kept up their momentum after the break as they widened the gap to 23 points after hammering the Nets 40-26 in the 3rd quarter.
However, the hosts did not give up as they took the final quarter with a 9-point margin but the gap was too large and the Grizzlies bagged their 14-point overall victory. Ja Morant tallied 36 points for Memphis, while Kevin Durant pocketed 26 points in the losing effort.
