The former Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai strongly reacted at the mass killing of people in Las Vegas city, calling it a move against humanity.
The office of the former president in a statement said Hamid Karzai has condemned the brutal killing of ordinary people in strongest words.
Karzai further added that the Afghan people continue to remain the victims of war and violence under the name of terrorism and can feel the pain and misery of the victims of the Las Vegas incident more than anyone else.
The incident in Mandalay Bay hotel took place late on Sunday night as a music concert was underway in the area.
According to the police authorities, the attack was carried out by a 64-year-old man identified as Stephen Paddock.
The officials are saying that the man started the shooting spree targeting the people indiscriminately from the 32nd floor of the hotel.
According to the officials, at least 59 people have been killed in the attack and more than 500 others have sustained injuries.
The officials are saying that the main motive behind the killing has not been ascertained so far but the police forces have discovered several weapons, ammunition, and explosives from the accommodation of the assailant.
