په دوحې ناسته کې د بېلابېلو افغان قشرونو د بللو لپاره پر ملګرو ملتونو فشارونه
 په دوحې ناسته کې د بېلابېلو افغان قشرونو د بللو لپاره پر ملګرو ملتونو فشارونه

انصار: (د سلواغی ۱۹ مه) د افغانستان په اړه د ملګرو ملتونو د سرمنشي انتونیو ګوتریش په کوربه توب، د دوحې د روانې میاشتې د غونډې له را نژدې کېدو سره په دغه غونډه کې د بېلابېلو افغان قشرونو د استازو د بللو فشارونه زیات شوي.

تازه، د بښنې د نړیوال سازمان او پر بشري حقونو د څار سازمان په ګډون ۱۰ سازمانونو د ملګرو ملتونو سرمنشي، انتونیو ګوتریش ته په دې اړه یو لیک استولی.

په دغه لیک کې غوښتنه شوې، چې د افغانستان لپاره د ځانګړي استازي د ټاکلو په موخه د ملګرو ملتونو په ناسته کې د بشري حقونو د فعالانو، د ښځو او د سولې فعالانو د ګډون ډاډ ترلاسه کېدل غواړي.

په دغه لیک کې راغلي چې د دوحې په راتلونکې غونډه کې باید د ښځو حقونو موضوع ته لومړیتوب ورکړل شي او دغې برخې ته دې ځانګړې پاملرنه وشي.

د یادو سازمانونو په لیک کې راغلي چې، « افغانستان لپاره ځانګړی استازی باید داسې کس وي چې د بشري حقونو په ځانګړې توګه د ښځو حقونو او جنسیتي برابرۍ په برخه کې پوره تجربه ولري او دغه راز د افغان مېرمنو، مدني ټولنې او د بشري حقونو له مدافعینو سره په منظمه توګه ښکیل اوسي.»

ملګرو ملتونو تر اوسه د یادې غونډې د اجنډا، ترکیب او نورو مسایلو په اړه زیات جزییات نه دي ورکړي.

تر دې مخکې ویل شوي چې ممکن د افغان ښځو په استازیتوب ۶ تنه فعالانې دغې غونډې ته وبلل شي.

دا هم نه ده معلومه، چې یادې ښځې او نور بلل کېدونکي ګډونوال به د کومو معیارونو له مخې معرفي کیږي.

تر اوسه د ملګرو ملتونو او نورو سازمانونو لخوا د افغانانو په استازیتوب جوړو شویو ناستو ته د کسانو د بللو پر معیارونو توندې نیوکې شوي او ادعا شوې، چې په دې برخه کې اړیکې او سلیقې پالل کیږي.
