The Golden State Warriors have edged past the Utah Jazz 94-92, away from home.
With both teams missing some of their most important players, Golden States sharp-shooting helped them build a 33-29 lead by the end of the first quarter. However, the Jazz kept pace with Golden State to cut down the deficit to a single point at the intermission. The Warriors kept the pressure on Utah in the third quarter to widen the gap to 8 points and despite being limited by the hosts in the fourth, they rallied back late to seal a two-point victory. Golden State will host the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday, whereas the Jazz will meet the Suns, in Phoenix on the same day.
