The Minnesota Timberwolves have thrashed the Rockets 141-123 in Houston.
The Timberwolves used a fast-break strategy to race to a 75-54 halftime lead and outscored Houston 36-34 in the 3rd to take a handsome 23-point advantage in to the final quarter. The wolves fended off a Rockets late rally to leave the court as winners. Karl-Anthony Towns scored a season-high 40 points to lead Minnesota to their 4th successive win. Next up the Wolves meet the Pelicans in New Orleans while Houston play host to the Philadelphia 76ers.
