According to reports, a number of foreigners have been killed or injured following a gun attack in capital Kabul early
Thursday.
The incident reportedly took place inside Cure hospital in Dar-ul-Aman area of Kabul city around 9:30 am local time, leaving 3 foreigners dead and another one injured.
The main motive behind the incident is not clear and security officials have not commented so far.
In the meantime, a local police official Hafiz Khan said the attack was carried out by a member of the Afghan national police, who was responsible for the security of the hospital.
The source further added that a doctor was among those killed following the attack and the assailant officer has been injured.
Interior ministry following a statement said confirmed the incident and said the assailant policemen is in custody for further investigation.
The ministry confirmed that three foreign nationals were killed and another individual has been injured following the attack.
